NIE Apprentice programme

An apprentice programme is a great way to get equipped with the skills and experience to get into a successful career. An apprenticeship will give you not only the opportunity to gain a highly sought after qualification, but you’ll also earn real money, gaining useful skills and experience.

We need people with enthusiasm, commitment and determination and in return we'll help you learn new skills and gain useful knowledge. NIE’s Apprentice programme is a fantastic way to bring out your potential.

How long does NIE's Apprenticeship Scheme last?

The NIE Apprenticeship Scheme lasts for approximately three years. During the first and second year, successful candidates will attend college to study for a City & Guilds Electrical Technology Engineering qualification (City & Guilds 2322) or a BTEC national certificate.
